homing plugin

Where can I find a plugin for HHT that will let me change the homing on projectiles? I have tryed the search function.

use hmt 3.5. I know you go into projectiles and change the home/turning. the higher the number the better it homes in on something. but for some reason that's only if you DON'T have the 64 plugin pack, I can;t seem to figure out how to do it WITH the plugins.....hmmm

Oh, I've got the 60 plugin pack. This only works with the normal plugin set then?
