Corrupted video confusion

When I made this video in WMM, and converted it to a .bik file, it looked great! But then, when I put it into halo, here are the results...
Anyone have a solution?

I Believe there is a setting in Windows Movie Maker to fix that when saving the file.

crystal... Are you a girl blarg? If so I'm a little surprised, If not my bad, seriously, I did not mean to offend, but crystal is generally a girls name, and Im assuming by your screenshot that crystal is your name.
And for the fix, I'm not really sure, try to find what caboose was talking about in Movie Maker.

He/She could be using a girl's computer, i.e. his mother or sister.

I'd hate to bump, but MY NAME IS NOT CRYSTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is the name of my Operating System. Crystal XP 2007.
