is there a way to make a grunt have a purple backpack and then play as him

1. You re-skin him or play with his [soso] shader for color.

2. To use hims in SP you swap the cyborg dependency's out for the grunts in hht.

3. For MP you PMI the grunt into your map and then do all your swapping.

if that sounds foreign to you then use the search button and check some topics for further explanation. Also go through the tutorials section also. There's plenty out there if you choose to find it.

An easy way is (You need HMT AND Phenom's 60 plugin pack) go to the grunt tag in [actv] and scroll all the way down. Last few are RGB values, and you might need to look those up on the internet if you don't know what they are.

it when i tried to PMI it on the rebuild map screen it loads up to 9 bars then it stops loading

any.. specifics? THMT or HMT, trial or full, sparkify or not, what did it say? "Creating map index"? did the 3 messages about indices, vertices, and start offsets come up yet?

i did it on hmt and there where no popups


edit: i remade the skin and it kind looks reddish when i play him
