Map Rebuilding Help

Post by kalamadea »

I'm a little confused. I"m using HMT to rebuild a map, but I don't know where to find the bitmap for the lag icon. I tried having the program autofill the blanks, but it comes up with an error that says something about "Access is denied to BuildTree.txt." Could somebody give me a little help? :(

Go to C: and delete the older BuildTree.
If that doesn't work, pull up task manager, and go to processes, find HMT and end process.

Do what he said, but the other way around.
For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.

Log off your user account, log back in, open HMT. You'll be fine.

Or restart the computer. That will fix it for sure.
and BuildTree is at C:/Buildtree (where C is your hardrive)
You don't need to delete BuildTree, as each time you rebuild, the old one gets overwritten. Just pull up the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del), go to the Process tab, click on Image Name to arrange them alphabetically, find HaloMappingTools, click on it, and End Process.
(wow, long sentence)
