what stuff do i need to make mods for halo pc i just want to know becouse there is no toiterial about what solfwere you need so can someone help me

try using hmt 3.. seems to be an ok prgm, only problem is that it still has lots of bugs.. oh well, itl work for now

buggy or not, HMT3 is a great breakthrough. i could see HMT6 being the underground SDK.
