Halo 3 Rocket Launcher

Post by TAZZ »

So yeah, the Halo 3 plasma rifle went down pretty well, I guess you guys liked it, so I decided to make more things from Halo 3, eventually I will probably skin/remodel everything to match the look of weapons/vehicles from it too so keep a look out..

Anyway, heres the rocket launcher I'm working on at the minute..

As always, Before:

..and after:

So far I have:

Reskinned
Remodelled (to change the persepective and the way the RL is held.)

I would like some CC Good and bad please, tell me what you like and dislike, and things I should keep/change.

Just to point out, I only could find a few stock pictures through google to copy from, so If anyone could help me out with some decent pics it would be much apreciated.

Just like the PR nice work. It's hard to really get the skin looking good on a RL since there haven't been much changing to the RL from the other games but you have done a good job.

It is quite shiney, but that pic is taken from in the base, and you can't really tell how shiney something is without seeing it moving. I'l post a quick vid of it tomorrow.

And thanks again sonic. :D

Thanks for posting that pic Voltage, I can now see that there are a few parts of the model that are changed at the bottom of the RL, I'l try my best to match that as best as possible.

Looks really good, but i did notice on your model that there are more 'bumps' on the rocket launcher, (10 on yours, 8 on Halo 3's ~ by first person view)
9.9/10
