pepsi needs some last minute help please!

im working on one of the few last textures for redux.
go to this texture in any map with a hog..
vehicles\warthog\bitmaps\heaadlights gel warthog
i can extract and edit it fine. i cant get it to inject into game without corrupting.
i made a topic like this before but its not worth bumping it so i did this one instead. can anyone find a solution to this for me?
if so ill add something special in redux for you plus a credit to the mod.
but hurry please. i want to get this done by tonight and i have sentinels to edit!

Err, I've had troubles with this before...is the bitmap you are injecting larger than original size?

thats most likely going to be your problem. Resize it to the size of the prexisting one (default one) and try that out. If that doesn't work, I have no idea.

the w x h is the same but the actual data itself is changed cause of new colors and such.

Weird, I just extracted and then edited then it imported fine?

I looked at what it changes and you shouldn't need to edit the bitmap. You should be able to achieve the same effect by editing the headlight's light tag.

i have that effect but the bitmap needs to be changed to match the texture showing off objects. this bitmap is the "texture" you see when you park close to something that will reflect the headlights such as a base or cliff wall. i can mimic the effect i want in the light/lens tag but it doesnt complete the effect with the reflection on objects/ground being this "whited out" look.
in a nut shell.. i can do HID lighting for the hogs but it wont look complete without that bitmap injected correctly.
