thats most likely going to be your problem. Resize it to the size of the prexisting one (default one) and try that out. If that doesn't work, I have no idea.
I looked at what it changes and you shouldn't need to edit the bitmap. You should be able to achieve the same effect by editing the headlight's light tag.
i have that effect but the bitmap needs to be changed to match the texture showing off objects. this bitmap is the "texture" you see when you park close to something that will reflect the headlights such as a base or cliff wall. i can mimic the effect i want in the light/lens tag but it doesnt complete the effect with the reflection on objects/ground being this "whited out" look.
in a nut shell.. i can do HID lighting for the hogs but it wont look complete without that bitmap injected correctly.
