Overload plasma weapons

Using HMT how do I make it so plasma weapons don't overload? And also how do I make it so that I don't have to wait 4 seconds after I shoot a scorpian shot?

Well I found the plugin folder in my HMT folder, and I have bipd.xml jpt!.xml matg.xml phys.xml proj.xml trak.xml vehi.xml weapo.xml So now how can I make it so plasma weapons don't have overload?TAZZ wrote:He linked you to the search page, where you can search for "Plugins HMT v3.5" or something along them lines. I'm not gonna go search for you, but once you find it then save it and extract the files into the plugins folder located in the HMT folder.
