To people that were wondering what the plasma sniper was...

There have been lots of Halo2 mods out there and they have included the strange, elongated pink plasma weapon and took for granted that it was a sniper-type thing. Well My friend just gave me a link to this topic in a forum and I'm not sure if people have already seen this but here are some more

That looks more like a projectile weapon to me, there are no glowing bits...And don't try use the FRG to prove me wrong because that isn't a true energy weapon either.

heheheheh hell yes, i was hoping for this, i didnt want it to be a sniper, i always hoped it was a covenant battle rifle, and that's what i did on my halo 2 mod, i made it a Sniper\Machine gun hybrid, like hunter said.

Join the club, hydroxic. But yeah, at least it's not in my Halo 2 mod yet, so now I can avoid a major screw-up... At least I was right about the zoom bit...Anyone know what it fires?
Probably some form of projectile, but...
