I need help for my Hunter AI!

I am making a Hunter AI in Wizard. He's perfect except for three things:

-I don't know how to make him spawn, let alone respawn when killed. I think it has something to do with vehicles, so can someone please fill me in? and also, is there a way to do this without the vehicle being in the map? Or at least in an inaccessible part? Because I don't want messages like "Press 'E' to flip Warthog" as I walk around.

-For some reason, no matter what I did, the rebuilt map was missing "hunter.actr.meta" and "hunter major.actv.meta". Why? Isn't that what makes him "smart"? (Smart: able to act like a SP Hunter.)

-Is it possible to:
a) Make each kill on "Bob" count towards your score and kills, so it says something like Kills-12 Deaths-4 rather than Kills-0 Deaths-4?
b) Make a plugin to alter the behaviour of something, so you can make Hunters automatically pick up active camo or overshields (Note: as Hunters don't have shields, an overshield should give them a temporary one) or health packs? If you know how, or at least want to try, please do, and PM me on progress.

*Bob walks to active camo*
*Bob picks up active camo and cloaks*
*SMACK! CRUNCH! SPLAT!*

Oh yeah, as a side note, Bob isn't ridiculously strong. He is 40 hitpoints stronger than a normal Hunter, his acurracy is cranked up a bit, and he does a bit more damage. But he's not invincible.

Hmm your asking for a some thing in there are not possible with the tools we have now. You can always edit the unicode string of "Press "E" to flip Warthog" so it comes up as nothing. Go ask farklem about respawning AI's.
