When you flip and bot in SP out of a vehicle. They stay still. So im guessing thats why they stay still in MP. Hmmmm I got an Idea. Im going to try it!

yea honestly... the reason they dont move is because they have no 'region' to be in, thus they dont move... that much...

If you get an Elite of of a Ghost, it will still attack you...
