If your mod relies on the ability to duplicate spawn points yes...afraid so...unless someone figures it out....you just can't do it in SE, theres probably some much harder complicated hex'ing/XML way, but I haven't seen any threads about it...plus SP->MP map conversions are pretty new in public halo moddiing, so increasing the number of spawn points hasnt been a priority, I dunno, maybe someone can look into it....

lol, you can't have more than 16 players, so I'd suggest using a base map that has 16 player support, then it should have enough...

It was the co-op 4 4 players. the spawn points were so other MC's could spawn. the spawnpoints wouldve needed config like in SP

You are talking about putting MC spawn points into an SP map? If so, thats impossible, because firstly when you start an Sp game, it doesn't start the network server (halos netcode), and secondly, you can't rebuild Sp maps anyways....

ummm.. yes u can. I put a flamethrower in poa. It just takes hours. Under Additional Files put everything in the batch extracted folder

I thought you couldn't rebuild SP maps?

Ive rebuilt a map and im planning to make the MP map blood gultch (cause im sick of it) as the Co-Op Pillar of autum. the PoA will automatically by default go 2 the other maps wouldnt it? all i need is extra spawn points 4 the other players!!!

lol everyone thinks that. Okay. Many things aren't in the scenario. Which makes it so when u rebuild hmt thinks u don't need them. Even the bsp. Try to rebuild a sp map. Not even a bsp. If u select everything it rebuilds. Just takes a while. I think I might make something with vb or something that automatically adds everything insteado of it taking hours.

Well, if what you mean is move on the loading points, those are done by triggers, which I don't think work in MP maps....correct me if I'm wrong.

If you could get the entire BSP into 1 build then maybe, but that would lag like hell I think, cos BSP fragmentation was designed to cut back on processor/memory etc to make it more playable....

Ok, smart one. Tell us, how exactly are you planning on making AI that responds to it's enviornment, triggers, etc., and have this being a co-op map, or a MP map, sotospeak?
