HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have downloaded Winrar, evaluation copy, and I habe Halo: Combat Evolved installed....I downloaded HMTv35Release and when I double-click on it, it brings up "Application Error...The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application". Some one please help me. That error message also occurs with HHTv5....Please Help.

you need the .net fromeworks 1.1 lol i am a mac user and know this (because i read alought and use VPC to run HMT SPark and more)
