I just need alittle help...

Well, I want to do something like, using scenery objects (Something flat), build a floor (Whereever) or stairs or something using just scenery objects remember. (No I can't use HEK....just...for reasons, okay?) Is there anyway that i can import scenery objects into Blood Gulch to do this?

all the stairs in halo are bsp, so i would suggest for some, PMI. and for some others, remodel (with same inds and verts)
Most of the people here would be more than happy to find a tutorial for you.

um, no. If you want stairs that you can walk straight through, do that, otherwise, CE>PC.
another thought, you can PMI objects like POA engine pistons and huge doors, then kill their animations, skin them, and then build something out of them.
