hud question.

one day i decided to go for a halo 3 hud. so i made one... and scaled it and stuff... but now ingame i want it to be in the top middle all i can do to get it there is put in center wich is under the reticle... plzzzz give me a plugin tell me or do somfin i just want to be able to use it.
