Mod Stubbs the Zombie?

I hope this is a proper place for this but I have been looking all over. I know that the game Stubbs the zombie is built on the Halo engine. Is it possible to mod that game using tools for Halo editing? If anyone knows if this is possible or know's a link I have missed, please post here.
