creating NEW mapfiles?

is it possible, at all to insert NEW mapfiles, aka. not overwriting others?
is there a theory on how to?

It probably requires some intense coding of the actuall exacutable of halo.exe, because it effects all the options, and for online multyplayer it would probably tell you something was wrong

Yes, but not at the moment. Soon as the HEK comes out, yes, I think there will be a map installer.
