Is anybody tired of Bloodgulch?

The thing that bothers me the most is that everybody makes mods in Bloodgulch.Why not Gephyrophobia or Battle Creek?You tell me.I would like to know why so many people use Bloodgulch even when its an overused level.

i modded it to change it cause i hate theway it looks

but im almost finished with a CE mod im working on in deathisland.
and bloodgulch is overused yes, because its one of the "very open yet easy to get around" maps.

I think its overused because it is so versatile. First of all, the two bases sit across from eachother. Second of all, like andrew said, is that is easy to navigate. The third reason has to be the log that you dont need to pmi in, thus it creates an easy, yet possibly fun mod, packed in a ppf.
My new mod will get you playing bloodgulch again. I hope.

Yes I think Blood gulch is an overused map, but You can see that it is a popular map for combat too. When ever I play my unmodded version of halo (yes I have 2 halo Apps) The most servers that have 13-16 players use blood gulch. It is easy to navigate and it is so open.

Exactly! When I make mods I do them on other MP maps or campaign levels...

Im currently starting a mod on Timberland,something that will make people think of other maps to play on

I only have 1 PC mod on bloodgulch...i mod other levels...not everyone does bloodgulch. I id my bloodgulch mod because i hated the way it looks, and added a covenant theme to it.

Im not saying that all Bloodgulch mods are bad or crappy when those people Only mod Bloodgulch that it gets annoying.
