Using duplicated weapons...

Ok so i duplicated a bunch of stuff and renamed them as follows:

Plasma Pistol- Covenant Carbine
Assault Rifle- Battle Rifle
Fuel Rod Gun/Plasma Cannon-Spartan Laser
Pistol-Smg
Sniper Rifle-Beam Rifle

Now for the problem...

I made the weapons as scenery, and imported them and successfully got the into the scenario. Unfortunately most of the time they don't show up in game. Another problem with making them scenery is that they dont respawn, and when they are spawned and you pick the weapon up, you dont have ammo. I made sure they did actually have ammo too.

Try to solve another of my problems: The beam emitter doesnt fire when I import it, and get into the scenario...any solutions?

1. swap the weapons from scenery back to the weapon tag...that should make them respond again. and if they dont go to the equip tag or something...i know i saw a respond timer somewhere.

2. I had this problem, it makes the sound of a blast but it stays there. i told you before i just raised it up really high.

Ps. making another h3 mod???

Btw I raised it a few meters off the ground too.

You could make edit the scenario real quick in sapien, and nonrecursively save the scenario in HMT after converting the maps header to PC then taking your original PC map and injecting the scenario so real weapons will spawn. Wow!
