Need Help!

I want to edit the flashlights battery life and its recharge rate... but how do i?? i would really like a plugin for HMT (hint hint phenom)
EDIT: Yes i read that others have asked but this was like years ago so im like "they didnt have what we have now"

can be easily done by hex editing.
108EB78 is the hex address

EDIT: I want it to make be a temporary active camo... how do i do that???

try swaping the flashlight effect with the the active camo effect?
