Ok people, I know loads are doing different BSP conversions, and so I figured it would be great for us to list working SP BSP's so that people know which ones they can choose from without wasting a lot of time.
I think people would be much happier if they KNEW which work and which don't, so could we get a ball rolling and list the ones that are confirmed to work? could we get screenshots showing the MP F1 screen whilst looking at something identifiable in the map....the only reason I ask this is because some people may claim fakes and waste peoples time...like take screens of the SP maps instead of the MP ones to confuse people....not that I'm accussing, just want the real goods
So, with that said, lets do it!

no flames here. ill get some screens of the ones ive done. i think i only did one where i didnt get an error for swapping spwan points. and ill test the ones people say dont work. to double check. maybe someone can triple check.

Ok guys here is a screen of a working Maw_A, its dark, eeerie, and could be a fun map with some work (platforms on the outside where you initially land etc)
I personally am working on this one, I'm not claiming it or anything lol, just making it for fun :D
Anyone else going to contribute please?

i can say GJ.... so. good job. but, im going to convert that last part of the "Halo" level (level 2) to MP. u know, the part where u find the last batch of marines (also is the place where u get extracted to go to Truth and R.)

When testing these I'm afraid your all better off moving the spawn points into the map and then testing it....if you don't get failed seek in SparkEdit that is...and you move the spawn points and enter the map without Mr exception, thats when you should take your screen

Yeah, thanks for the time, your a star giving your efforts to this.
I'm gonna try the next one, just to double check, thats right, b40_b, see if it works for sure...
Better to use a map where the spawn points etc are seperated properly, so then its easier when it comes to having blue and red spawn seperately :D

Ok ok... this spawn point thing. I asked mono about it, and he said the spawns are relative to the flag... this means that they belong to the flag they are closet to. E.G, if you piled all the spawn points around the red flag, they would all belong to the red team. The spawn point belongs to the team of the flag they are closest to. Of course this is only for CTF...

Even if that is true, then where would blues spawn if I piled all the spawn points to the red flag?

Woah.... ok. If im Converting the very very last part of the level "halo" (the part i described earlier), what BSP thingy do i choose.... there is...
a30_a
a30_b
a30_c
...and so on. yea, this is in teh tut, but thats for AotCR. is there a way of telling which is which?

lol I just opened a30 in SE, you have a look, cos it lists a and b, no c, and b covers the entire open area by the looks of things....figure that lol...

It appears the _a's work but not anything else. But this hasn't been fully tested so go ahead and try a _b or _c if it works then yeah

I can only get like one in 7 to work... plus those all have slightly messed BSPs...

Just pay much attention to the tut and it works, just a majority of the SP BSP's don't like being converted :D
Anyways I am in the process of re-writing the tutorial, excluding the PMI part, so u can just build the conversion, its best for those who are at least familiar with the existing one. It's done in clear steps, with clear sections, so its easier to read...I plan to release it on this thread when its done...it won't have pics tho, but you won't need em if your familiar with it.
