CE>PC BSP conversion problem

when i try to do the CE>PC conversion tut by conure i folo it and do everything right like it says to.

but then when i try to decrap the bsp, the .sbsp.meta file works and has correct file size etc, but the .vertices.new and .indices.new files both are 0 bytes.

If someone could tell me what im doing wrong or how i can fix this, it would be awesome. :) thx for your time.

Sometimes they new info is 0 because the info it has is smaller then 1024 bytes :P, but i will go look at my tutorial and make sure nothing is wrong after i get home from a play.

and btw wen i look in hex its exactly 0bytes cuz theres nuthin there.
i went on with the rebuild, and with 1 map its completely screwed up in hmt and S.E. but the other one opens up in S.E. and hmt and is functional but freezes halo at the starting network server part.

Well i didnt see anything OBVIOUSLY wrong.
On the freeze at start of network server that happens when the map file looks for a bitmap in the bitmaps.maps that isnt there, like for instance u hit EOF and inject then change to default bitmaps, the default wont have the bitmap so it gets hung up.

have you tried redownloading HMT? it helped me when my HMT made my comp crash...sometimes you just get bad versions...

i might try that....idk....cuz in sum maps it decraps and other maps it doesnt.....

whatever ill redownload it anyway
