A few questions.

Post by FanTasY »

Well I'm working on a SP->MP mod, and I have a few questions that need answering.

1. For some reason, i get an error when trying to extract the vertices's and indices's of some certain scenery objects, is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

2. 2 short questions about water levels, how can I make the water rise, and is there anyway that i can make it so you die when you fall in the water(also which tag is the water under?).

3. How can I make it so a multi-player map start out as a cut scene, like a single player map, I think it gives it a single player environment.

3. When replacing models/making models, can I just make something from scratch, then scale it to replace a model?

Thank you in advance.

I know it's part of the BSP but I remember someone say that they knew how to make it rise, unless I'm thinking of CE, thanks for the response anyway.

well i think how to make it rise is you get the level into 3ds max (somehow) and you raise the water in there.
