Using Mac Patches for Windows

Okay, is there a way to install the latest Mac patch into a windows halo? This way, you can play halo on a windows, but it look 100% identical to Mac halo.
The Mac halo patch is in a .sitx format, but how can I get this on windows?

I think think you can run mac apps on windows, different architectures.

Are you sure? I've seen it done before. Is there a way to change the .sitx coding to .exe?
