[Halo PC] Rebuilding in HMT.....

I've done this 5 times and the same resaults, i get an expcetion. I am rebuilding bloodgulch with a wraith, energy sword and a pelcian. It won't work. I changed the wraith and pelcian to scenery also and still didn't work. Whats the problem? I also tryed rebuilding with energy sword only and it still gave me expceitons. Whats the problem?
