Parting Individual Skins from a Pack

I want to know if it's possible to get just one or two skins (or just separate them all) from a skin pack, such as the one located here?

If it is possible, would someone be able to do it for me (I'm not very technical) or at least give me a step by step on how I could do it myself?

just apply them all,then extract the ones you want with HMT , replace the modded bitmaps.map with your clean backup and re-inject the bitmaps you extracted from the modded one.

It won't let me open the bitmaps.map in HMT. It says it isn't a valid map file.

Edit: Ah, figured out how to do it. Thanks.
