Help-can't stand my couisn bugging me

My couisn is a total n00b and he has been bugging me to make him a mod that lets u see the little triangle over enemies as well as teamates in bg trial. He wants the triangles over enemies to be red or some other color than green. Can someone make this for me so i can shut him up? or at least tell me how. I can't take it anymore
