HP ServerStatus Skin ArcadicBlue

I would put this in Skinning and modeling, but this isnt a halo skin, rather a skin for HaloPC ServerStatus by Barak. If you really feel this should be moved mods thats alright.
Not much to say really... readme has install instructions, pretty basic.
