HMT Couldn't find a certain file

I'm doing an SP-MP and when I start to rebuild the map this happens:
I'm not sure how to fix this :\
I've redone the process over and over and still get the error, I dunno what I'm doing wrong.

you missed a spot in the tutorial re-read it and make sure you follow every step
