I was wondering is there a sight jacker for halo pc or a way to use Sight Jacker 1.0 on the pc version?

no it's made by rec0 and only for ce.

what does it do?
also i think if you got the source code you could just change a line (that i guess exisits i dont exactly know) that tells it too patch halo ce and change it too make it patch Pc.

I know how to code a sightjacker.
Basically you are right but Halo uses sometimes different Memory Addresses then HaloCE.
A sightjacker is a tool to bust aimbotters.You can view ingame the other player 1p.

oh cool. but wouldnt that also be cheating if you look at their view. ... so the programs sorta contridicting itself by helping you catch cheaters but then noobs will use it too cheat. god. i wish that people wouldnt do that crap. theirs no ranking so whats the point anyway. just play fair and have fun is my game. although i do use the 3rd person mod sometimes just for the fun of seeing myself

yeah i though that halo ce and pc had different memory adresses and stuff cause they are different size files and they both have the same process name "halo.exe" so i guess that may be it.
