HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Alright...now I've run into even more issues. I can't use my HHT or HMT at all! Everytime I open both documents an error pops up and reads, "The application failed to initailize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application." I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it, restarting my computer and some other stuff but nothing seems to work. Is there anyone out there who could help me with this error, or has my modding come to a long halt?

uhhh... either you need too re-instal dot net framework or... well when you have a weird error code like failing too initialize programs.. its time too wipe your hard drive windows does deteriarate over time and formating your hard drive and reinstalling windows can speed up your comp and fix most problems.

those are you options i think.
