Sparkedit screw-up predicament

When I PMI'd all of this:
I got strange boxes on sparkedit for every scenery object that I imported, but here is a pic of the crashed pelican from C10 since it looks the weirdest.
Known problem?

its a known bug, cant be fixed. Its how sparkedit searches for dependencies. Just place the boxes normally itll show up just fine in game.

I do that but it just makes it so much harder. Would reinstalling help it?

Its just the way spark edit was programmed, it always happens when you rebuild maps.

It worked fine before when I would rebuild maps but it just takes a dump right when I was doing my best mod yet...

it doesnt happen all the time sharpshot, just most of the time. you were probably lucky before
