Sorry u cant import an new models, u can only change the ones already in halo, but the exporter for objs screws up the number of indicies so I dont know of anyone who can actually use max to model for halo, get milkshape 3d u dont have to get any plugins or anythig for it and its stable to import and export, it just sucks to use.

I successfully duplicated the banshee into a new vehicle called the Jackrabbit (i think its a cool name) Whenever i skin it it skins the original banshee even though i have given both vehicles diff bitmaps files. Note that i can change everything else though, like make it shoot diff proj and give it diff physics. ITs just the skin that doesn't cooperate. Then only people i know who have gotten around this are Iron_Forge and Mono. Its impossible to contact either of them. The only lead i have heard is that you have to altar something using hex editing, and thats not a very big lead. Hunter told me to use HHT but i dont know much about the program or in what way it can be used to help me.....

As of right now the jackrabbit uses chainguns as primary weapon and homing rockets as secondary and instead of a contrail it gives off smoke. I slowed it down alot to balance things out though.

Oh and another thing. Does anyone want to make some kind of modding team/clan kind of thing. I think im a fairly good modder but have great difficulties when it comes to skinning and moddelling. We could make awesome mods if we work together. Dont email though however if you want to be on the team. just post right in this subject.

Yeah but Jager that sounds awesome b/c i cant use SE3 very well at all. Whenever i try to place plates they are all crooked and stuff.

If the Banshee was duplicated, you will get the same thing when you skin it, for both vehicles, I don't think there is any way around...

I know there has to be some way because Iron Forge did it in that hogwars mod. 5 diff hog with diff skins. I just need to know how he did it. I think im going to batch extract that mod and see if it can help me by examining it or something.

Any other people want to join a modding team?
