How to shoot grenades out of a gun?

I bet you heard this before...

When I exchange the projectile of a gun with grenades they just fall. But you already knew that, right?

I was wondering if you could point me in the right firection as what to change to get them to fire like a projectile. I am going to start with the bounce effects and wander.

There is a meta piece in the grenade (probably projectile) for weight. I don't know which one though.
