Bluewall Anti-Hack Mod

Okay so some of you may have heard about "Bluewalls". this is just a modded map with metaswapping the needler bullets over some shaders. this is to allow you to see through walls and stuff. Please do NOT get any ideas.

Ok so I have researched the bluewalls map and found alll the things that are modded. Here is my list:

Now...I have heard of modded maps SERVER SIDE, that can give other modded maps like bluewalls an exception error if they join. So if the bluewall "hacker" joins, then his halo with get and error and shutdown.
This could work if the server side map is modded and the client map [bluewalls] doesnt like what its seeing.

How would I get something like this to work? I want to keep NON-bluewallers to be able to join without error but bluewallers to get an error. What things will i need to change/add/delete inorder for this to work?
