Is there a easy way to hexedit the water level in death island,ect...

or is there a way to put water on a map

i dont believe so in PC, but in CE it is possible

do u no of a tutorial to tell me how to do it by hexediting because i know on ce you can add a plane of water but i want to be able to raise it
