1st i would like to know what a ppf file is, then a link to the ppf studio thing, & just direct me to the download part becuz i get lost at the quarter site. then i would like a link to get spark edit. is this enough to make a new vehicle, am i able to make a new vehicle?

after about an hour of searcing i founf the spark edit but what can i do with this thing & im still on the serach for ppf studio
