Is there anything easier than F'ing Sparkedit???

ok. sparkedit is very well done. you may not like it and if you want something better code it yourself.

right on but i sed to think spark edit was hard now its easy u just got to get used to it

Sparkedit hard? Shya, just take a look at HMT.

Theres a lot of sparkedit tutorials here, just look in the tutorials section.

hmt isnt that bad...unless u mean pmi'ing which still isnt that hard

some ppl can do sparkedit all in hex!
i call that hard!

Hex isnt as scary as you might think, although im a noob to it.

Basically, the line is, Sparkedit is as easy as it gets, either mess around with it and learn from error or look at some tutorials.

Theres a sparkedit user manual at the files forum, Ill get the link in a second.

spark edite is extremly easy just play with it for a bit and eventualy you will get the hang of it.By the way those of you who said hmt is hard you dead wrong.there are a couple of tutorial here www.tinyurl.com/onvle

If its so easy how come it does not have a list of objects that you can choose from IE: trees, rocks scenery ETC ETC like other game editors that will allow you to pic then drop an object any place in the map. Thats why IMHO Spark edit is very primitive. Sorry Guess Im JUst Into Simplistics.

Example:

1. Pick a map you want to create:

List:
BloodGulch
Sidewinder
Icefilesds
ETC ETC ETC

3. Custome Size the map IE: lenght Width and Height

2. Listing of Vehicles you want into the map and place them where ever u want
3. List of scerney to pick from........
4. list of objects to pick from: treest tocks buildings ETC ETC and place them anywhere u want

This what Im use to... so sorry if I ofended anyone Im just use to simplistics when It comes to creating a map IE: Tribes- Tribes 2 - UT2004

hey anthrax ur right except for the custom sizin of the map

o my bad

i feel kinda duhm now

AND DOGE CLICK EDIT THEN CLICK THE THING THAT SAYS MODE AND AS FOR MOVING THINGS YOU HAVE GO TO TOOLS THEN CLICK WHAT SELCTION YOU WANT TO BE IN,OR THER THE SELTION UNDER THE TOOL BAR.
DOES THAT SATISFY YOU
