Modding Tutorials?

I was wondering, if there are any tutorials around like showing me how to mod Halo for the PC. Not map making, not interested. Like weapons, vehicles, and other stuff. On this website all I saw were level creation tutorials. Is there some showing other stuff like swapping projectiles and many other things? I'm getting this for the PC soon, so I just wanted to know how to use stuff. Please help.

IMO, HMT is the main tool when it comes to modding Halo PC
