But how do i improt it and export it

But how do i import it and export it when i try to import it in hmt it doesint work

Holy crap everyone its a simple answer 
Milkshape is mainly used for remodeling, not modeling. What you do to remodel something is you export the model out of HMT into a folder, then import it into milkshape as a .obj file, remodel it (warning, do NOT add any extra shapes to the model), export it as a .obj, then import it back into HMT, done
