OMG BAD BAD BAD EXCEPTION

ok heres the deal! i went to play the silent cortographer and i got the exception... so i figured aw well ill just go and fix it with my back up... so i go copy the backup and then paste it over the corrupted one and that worked fine
so i fired up halo and it would show the "halo combat evolved" windo and then it would say "exception"
i know what the exception error is so dont tell me! what the hell just happened! i reinstalled and no dice
i backed up all my maps and no dice
something is totally fuked up here!

what ive found is that if you uninstall, everything in your program files folder under halo (ie. maps) so if you try deleting your whole halo program files folder maybe that would help?

It's the best to unisntall rather deleting everything.

another thing it may be that i just remembered is that i just overclocked my video card... that may have screwed it up
