Not very descriptive there. It doesn't launch, maps won't open in it, it's not there. Got to give more info than that.

when i click on the icon the program installed, it blinks once then nothing happens. i dont know maybe it installed incorrectly, idk im bumbfounded.
any suggestions, do u know a reliable site where i can download it? again lol

Yea I could use a sight link as well. I am looking for a place to download mod and skin making programs

for skin making, prolly use something like PS 10 or somthin..
and for mods, do u mean download mods or make ur own? to make ur own, use HMT and Sparkedit.. idk the versions though, havent messed with HaloPC in a long time.

you need to open up rar files with winrar...
and search google for a photoshop trial
