if an object touches the ground, the it will disappear when you run halo

Wrong. If an obj has too much of the collision model (and for all intesnive purposes the visual model) underneath it will get pushed beneath the bsp and be gone in game. The amount varies with obj types.

no, it just has to have the point where the XYZ point in Sparkedit is... if its above ground, it will be there. it's just that that point is often halfway through the object.

each map has a specifiedd amout of vehicles it can hold. it cant go over it. I think its four vehicles (of each, i.e. 4 hogs 4 banshees ect.) per side. so if you add more than four then its just gonna get rid of one of the vihecled you duplicated. (or the original and the dupeed ones stay)
Example. Lets say you wanna have 6 hogs in a map (for one side). you dupe it and you have six. then you go in halo to check on the extra hogs. they're there. but then you go and check on the original hogs and they arent there. or vice verca.
this is a sort of an equalibrium. which basically means that hogs are lost just as they are gained, due to the 4 vehicle per side "rule".
hope this helps.

Ang, Baron is right, if you make more than about 20 vehicles, only 20 will appear in game.
