I guess if completly reversed engieneered Halo, that could be slightly possible. Like 1 in 1,000. But that takes the most elite brand of coder. I doubt that any user besides Gren, Mono, etc would know how to do that.

Zeus....98% of the people here dont know how to do conversions...and i assure you its much to complicated 
with only the tools we have.....well actually with the public tools out now its impossible. So have fun at a futile attempt

there weren't any less tools out there in the public when all this SP to MP stuff is going on. so obviously, its GREAT knowledge of hex and to make things easier, they probably wrote their own program...........
