You messed up somewhere in the PMI, I hate saying it, but just re-try it on a fresh map.

use the tutorial that comes with HMT, it will teach you how to no only PMI, but convert a map from SP -> multiplayer at the same time

i tried that tut and it didn't help. i think its because i dont need to make it a sp map. ijust cant get this. if someone could get just the pmi done and send it to me i think i can get the pelican drivable.

eh....
im not trying to flame or put you down or anything, but very few people will do something like this for you. part of life is learning from your mistakes and just trying again. if it doesnt work the first time, just try it again.
however, if you are lucky enought that someone out there is nice enough to do it for you, make sure you give them credit.

Use the tut that comes wth HMT, it teaches you some very usefull little tricks that aren't covered in alot of the user-submitted tuts

eh, the hmt tutorial is crap. if you start out not knowing a thing about pmi, its extremely confusing. i know this from first hand experience.

eh, worked perfectly for me. I came to 3.5 after having used version 2 (or more accurately, having not used it in half a year) and had a wrait in BG haf an hour later using only the HMT tut. i just ignored the bits relating to doing a SP-> mp conversion

You can most certainly get the pelican drivable; it's very easy to do. However, someone may not send you a .map file. It must be a PPF.

no, it must be a PPF if it is a simple swap, since it is not possible to make a ppf for a rebuilt map, and since you must rebuild the map to add content (IE, the peli), you can upload them if they are in a .RAR archive.
