here
It is Free and Is easy to use. But if you plan on Using the pictures later i suggest bookmarking it!

Photobucket.com -- Good with unlimited bandwidth, but you NEED to have all files as JPGs (200k max).

Screen shots are less than 200k and most pictures are unless they are like HUGE but still very good

that depends on what size you're running Halo and it needs to in jpg format (you can just trick sites like this by putting .jpg on the end of the name...

Planetside Images has no limit as to how many pictures you can upload to it! its great! there are no accounts!

true but Photobucket can hold as many ammount of images to and it is way way way easyer to keep track of your pics that that all those pics are just in one big page
