Help with PMI/AI

Ok, so I was going off of x13igDudex12's Tutorial and I did exactly as the thing told me to (at least I think I did). Anywho, I could see only the main BSP of the map + cliffs + bases but I could not see any of the weapons/vehicles/ammo and so i got kind of discouraged. But, I looked up and figured I would try again on a larger scale. I did what the tut asked but for Elites, Jackels, Grunts, Marines, and Armored Marines, trying to get a human vs. covenant thing going in bloodgultch. BUT, once again I can't see crap except the main bsp of the level (which = cliffs and bases and ground) but thats it... I walked around a while and I cought the attention of several AI so I know the AI works and they can be killed. Other than that it would be nice to see these guys. I really don't want to list any more details because I did this so sloppily but if you ABSOLUTELY need me to, to find out whats going on, then thats ok.

I went back and under the models it says "More than one models contained in this structure". How do I get rid of the models I don't need? Also, I'll click on some of the models that aren't characters and I get either "error" or the name is __unnamed or both. Hm... what am I doing wrong?

Ok, well, the previous post is absolete and I redid it. It's better this time but my only problem is this:

The warthog is only majorly wierd when I have the plasma pistol and the plasma rifle. Other than that it's "ok" with all the other weapons. I am going to try and decrap the warthog, plasma pistol, and plasma rifle with the level.

EDIT: Decraping the warthog and Plasma Pistol and Plasma Rifle with the level made everything invisible like my original problem. I am going to revert to the map with the messed up warthog.

Ok, I made everything simpler and tried to have an elite w/ an energy sword in Bloodgultch. Everything looks great except the elites, they have the energy sword and all, but this is what a dead elite looks like:

ALSO, I AM PLANNING ON MAKING A TUTORIAL ON ADVANCED PMIing AND STUFF AND AI. RIGHT NOW I AM JUST LEARNING SO ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED SO THAT I CAN MAKE THIS 4 PART VIDEO TUTORIAL THAT WILL BE VERY VERY USEFUL TO ALOT OF PEOPLE!
