how would i shoot a tank out of a pistol.. without it just dropping it.. i want it go maybe as fast as a needle... any1 no?

well I have a preety good idea of how to do this.........just go to the pistol bullet under projectils and then make the speed be higher then one....that's my best guess.........

download the hmt model switchin' plugin, and swap the pistol bullet for a tank model. make the speed of the bullet low like the needler and mabye put the damage to full so when it strikes, it dosent just cause damage and vanish, but instead kills the player. sounds cool

1. its not possible to switch pistol bullet model for tank model (pistol bullet doesnt have a model)

2. if it was possible, u wouldnt be able to drive the tank that pops out

3. u made the "did i mention..." movie??? lol

I know how to do this. Are you guys all noobs or what. First of all, Voided your stupid because projectiles do have models. All you do is swap the pistol bullet offset with tank offset. Then you increase the speed and lifespan. It would also help if you decreased the weight of the tank using a hex editor. I hate when people make arrogant statments. It is a pet peeve of mine

yea i swapped them but... even if i increase speed to like 9999 the tank still falls out.. so i put weight lower then it just went so fast i couldnt see it... got any idea of wat speed and weight would make it work better?

put wheight lower AND decrease speed...

ive been playing with speed and weight.. but its either too fast and jus drops... cant really find the ideal numbers

just keep screwin around with numbers till you find a good one havent tryed this so i dunno

why is evryone being so stupid. The original question was HOW DO I MAKE A TANK SHOOT OUT OF A PISTOL. And he SAID he didn't mean just spawn a tank and make it sit there... he wanted the tank to be the projectile. He said he wanted it to go slow like a needler. I TOLD HIM HOW. If i can make a banshee shoot big boulders (which i did by switching the banshee plasma cannon's projectile model with a rock model) i shure KNOW how to make a pistol fire tank shaped bullets. If ya havent heard of the HMT model switchin plug-in, you should get it because its alot better than switching models manualy. Anyway... all you guys should go see for yourself before contradicting ME. Look what you made me do...now im ranting. And i gotta go feed the cat...damn thing...

And no... i didn't make the "did i mention..." video. Im not a copier noob who takes the credit for other peoples work like all you guys.

bold#1shoot a tank-not shoot a pistol shot with a tank model.

bold#2- pistol projectiles dont just drop, voiding the model swapping part. it is well known that if you shoot a vehicle out of your weapon depending on the postion and the vehicle it will appear ontop of you and kill you.

AND HERE you will lose:

the pistol bullet has NO model.
