How do you post a mod?

Recently I've been working on a mod, but I don't know how to post the mod so that I can get other people's opinions on it.
I have a ripway account, but the file is way too big so it won't let me upload it.

Any help would be appreciated

you can host them on file front thats what i use and if you dont rebuild your map make a ppf
